I hope by foil packaging you do not mean any metal coated or metal foils. These light up in x-ray machines light a christmas tree.

The price is based on the BTC - USD exchange being 18usd. The price isnt 'cheap', its around market price.. The price is intentionally competitive to raise feedback and to act as a sample to facilitate large orders

Could you tell what kind of Ketamin it is? As you must know (i hope you do), there are many existing kinds of K, which have different power/effects.
If you have really good stuff, I'll be definitely willing to order you a sample, and maybe bigger quantities afterward.
